Shipping Policy

Processing Time

We generally start printing when we receive your order.  Processing times vary from item to item and are stated on each product page.

Shipping 

We offer USPS as our standard carrier for domestic and international shipping, but do have access to UPS as an alternative.  Contact us if you would prefer an alternative shipping carrier or have a special request.

Our Flat Rate and Free Standard Shipping will generally use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on the situation.  We may at times opt to use other classes of service depending on circumstances.

Insurance Coverage

All of our shipments are fully insured, but we may require your assistance when proceeding with filing a claim. For missing shipments, we must file the claim within 120 calendar days from the date of the shipment. For damaged shipments, you must notify us within 15 calendar days of delivery.

Depending on the nature of your claim, you may need to provide photos of all outer and inner packaging as well as the package contents, and/or sign an affidavit that we send you once we begin the claim process.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs

Returns and Cancellations

We realize things change and life happens.  If you do need to cancel your order please cancel within 2 days of placing the order

We accept returns of items in original condition.  The buyer must initiate the return by contacting us at info@storeallthebits.com with the order number, as well as the reason for the return.  Return shipping to us is at the buyer’s expense, but we can provide pre-paid return shipping labels, which will be deducted from the refund, assuming the item is received in original condition.  Please contact us at info@storeallthebits.com to begin the return process.
