Island game insert<\/a> available from our Etsy Shop.\u00a0<\/p><p>Since the box is square, you just have to put the boards in on one side, followed by the box of dinosaur meeples and the coins and class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Update for Dinosaur Island X-Treme Edition Base Game<\/strong><\/p><p>Recently we were made aware that the X-Treme edition base game (available as part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kickstarter.com\/projects\/pandasaurus\/dinosaur-island-back-from-extinction\/description\">April 2018 Kickstarter<\/a>) had a slightly (4 or 5 mm (1\/8 inch)) shorter box base than the original Deluxe version.<\/p><p>We have talked with a number of people who are using this insert with the X-Treme version, and the only side-effect is that there is a small amount of lid rise when the box is closed.<\/p><p>This lid rise should have no effect on the storage of the game, and you should still be able to store the game on edge if desired.<\/p><p>Due to the generally tight nature of the box vs components to be stored, we don&#8217;t believe a redesign or modification will have any different result.<\/p><p>If you have any
