Shipping Options and Rates

We generally use USPS for domestic and international shipping.  Once you have indicated the ship to location, you’ll see the available shipping classes and rates.  We do offer the below special shipping options. 

US Domestic Flat Rate (including Hawaii and Alaska)

Our Flat Rate / Free Standard Shipping will generally use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, although we may opt for other rates based on the situation.  NOTE: If you’d like to ensure UPS for the carrier for your order, just let us know by replying to the order confirmation email.  We’ll use UPS ground for the flat rate / free standard shipping, or we can give you a quote if you’d like to use a different UPS shipping option.

International Economy Shipping

We’ve worked with our shipping provider to provide a new option for economy shipping for everyone outside the US.  Delivery times are comparable or even better than USPS First Class Package International, and your cost can be up to 50% less!  Since this option is purely weight based, orders with multiple items take advantage of the economies of scale. 

These special rates are available for Canada, and the rest of the world.  All economy shipping includes tracking.  Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information, and you’ll be able to track it through either USPS (for Canadian shipments) or the shipping provider’s website (for international shipments).  The shipper estimates that delivery will occur 1 – 3 weeks from the ship date, which is comparable to USPS First Class Package International.

When you provide your shipping address for the shopping cart, these new shipping options will display as either “Economy Shipping – Canada” or “Economy Shipping – International“.  

All the previous shipping options remain in place, so you can compare and pick the option that fits your needs.
