Familia Regis Tips and Tricks for our board game insert for The Anarchy

The best way to pack the insert is to place all the insert trays and boxes in the box first and then stack the boards, rulebooks, and game pad last.

1. Start with the player trays, the narrow token tray, and the 4 short square meeple token trays.
   
   NOTE: The meeple trays are not quite square, use the two images below to place them in the correct orientation (Green is correct, Red is incorrect)
   
2. Place them into the bottom of the box as shown on the right, stacking the square meeple token trays into 2 stacks of 2
   
3. Next, place the 4 player boards, card trays, supplementary storage tray, and the other 4 resource/meeple trays on top of the previous layer of trays as shown below
   
4. Now place the rule book on top of the trays
   
5. After that, place the 4 castle mounts in two stacks of two over the spine of the rule book.  Place the Main board and the Campaign book next to the castle mounts as shown.
   
6. At this point you should only have the game pad of player sheets remaining. Place the game pad in the box. At this point you have the option to remove any residual lid lift by tearing off an appropriate amount of excess player sheets to make the box lid flush with the bottom.
   

You have to option of reducing or eliminating lid lift by reducing the number of player sheets in the game pad.  This will happen naturally has you continue playing the game, or you can jump start the process by removing the number of sheets that stick above the bottom of the game box.

Additionally, as your game count increases, it is recommended to store “spent” player sheets in the bottom of the box in order to maintain the overall packing of the box as the game pad of unused sheets starts to shrink.
